Born & raised in Jaipur, Rajasthan, in November 2022, Jaipur villa™ is a quaint, micro-studio featuring hand-drawn, novelty prints that are digitally reproduced in the form of upholstery and apparel.
We try to adhere to as many sustainable practices as we can and are a 100% Indian, right from design to manufacture, and are sourced and manufactured in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
We support local manufacturers, artisans and textile sellers and encourage the use and sale of speciality Indian fabric.In an effort to bring about zero wastage, all our products are made-to-order. All our patterns are designed in-house and are the exclusive property of Jaipur Villa Works (OPC) Pvt Ltd.
We currently use the following fabric range in our catalogue:
Indian Malmal
A light, feathery fabric. 100% natural cotton based with a smooth finish and semi-transparent. Used in our stoles/scarves.
Anti-bacterial, natural cellulose based Rayon
Finely woven, drawn from natural sources of regenerated cellulose, such as wood and related agricultural products. Extremely light and breathable, rendering anti-bacterial qualities. Used in our quilts, blankets and cushion cover backs.
Butter velvet
Finely woven, butter-soft velvet with very short and fine strands. Used in our cushion-cover fronts.
Mixed poly-fibre
Upcycled, mixed fibre. Extremely warm and light weight, used in jackets and parkas worn by adventurers, soldiers and mountain climbers. Used as quilt and cushion fillers in our products.

Do you provide International delivery?
We're working on it! However, at this time we only ship within India. Keep following us on our Instagram page for updates on this.
What is your return policy?
If you receive a damaged item or a product you have not ordered, you are eligible for a return or replacement for your product within 7 days post delivery.

How long will my order take to reach me?
We are committed to several forms of sustainable practices, due to which all our products are made-to-order and could in some cases take up to 20 days to be delivered to you, depending upon your location. We will however, provide you with a more accurate date of delivery within 48 hours of receiving your order.
In some cases, weather conditions, natural calamities or government imposed restrictions (due to political unrest or civil strife) could be a cause for delayed delivery, especially in coastal regions during the Indian monsoon season. While we will keep you posted on the location of your order, we request you to please bear with us in such cases as the factors lie beyond our control.
How do I track my order?
We ensure that you receive an update regarding your order every 48 hours, until it is delivered to your doorstep/address. We share these updates via Whatsapp or SMS, on the registered number shared by you. We do not use emails for these updates as some service providers mark frequent updates as spam. If you need more information or wish to connect with us, you can contact us via our store phone, email or official Instagram handle between 9am to 6pm.
How can I contact your couriers?
You will receive contact details of your delivery partner once your shipment has arrived in your city. If you wish to connect with us anytime before that, you can reach out to us via any of our official channels (Email, Instagram or Phone) during our store hours (9am to 6pm).
What are your delivery options?
We currently work with Shiprocket as our delivery partner. Shiprocket is an aggregator that collaborates with multiple delivery partners to have your order delivered to you as quickly, safely and efficiently as possible. You will receive the details of your assigned mode of delivery once we dispatch your product from the Jaipur villa workshop.
What are your payment options?
We currently work with Instamojo as our payment gateway. We accept all forms of digital payments. At this time we do not offer COD, but plan to introduce it very soon.
What about international payments?
While we can accept international payments, we currently cannot deliver outside India. We request customers residing outside India to provide us with a reliable Indian address to deliver to, after delivering to which it would be the customer's responsibility to have the product delivered to their doorstep or picked up.
